BOOKING TERMS & CONDITIONS  FOR LAS TORRES

           1st January 2010 

 1. We regret that pets are not permitted and the villa is only available for non-smokers.

 2. The villa ise offered for occupation from 2.00pm on the day of arrival until 10.00 am on the day of departure.

 3. A non-returnable deposit of 30% is payable when booking. The balance is payable 6 weeks before departure. Kindly ensure that the payments are received net of any transfer costs by instructing your bank to debit you for any costs involved.

 4. We require a returnable security deposit of £350 pounds against loss or damage to the villa and its contents, payable at the same time as the balance of the rental. This will be returned in full assuming no serious damage to the villa and its contents and that it is left in a reasonably clean and tidy condition.

 5. The rental includes broadband wifi internet access, electricity*, water, gas, and telephone rental charges. The actual costs of calls made are not included and must be paid for at the end of your stay.  (The telephone is metered and international calls are still expensive here in Spain).

 6. All bed linen, tea towels and indoor towels are provided. A clean change of linen is provided each week**.  Please note though, that swimming and beach towels are not included.

 7. A weekly cleaning service is available for an additional charge upon request. We do not expect you to clean the villa at the end of your holiday but kindly leave it tidy with washing up done and with all rubbish left in sealed plastic bags in the bin outside for collection.

 8. The person making the booking will be responsible for any breakages, loss or damage to the villa or its furniture and effects. Any such matters should be reported immediately so that the items can be repaired or replaced as quickly as possible.

 9. Personal Insurance. Please note that the villa is rented entirely at the risk of the tenant and no responsibility can be accepted by the owners for any loss or injury however caused. Do check that your personal accident insurance is appropriate for your holiday. We recommend that you take out holiday insurance to include personal accident and forced cancellation resulting in the loss of any prepaid rental.

 *Note 1 - During the winter from 1st November to 31st March only, electricity is chargeable at our cost  price of 0.16 euros per unit (kw) (Hot water is from solar panels and even in mid winter little electricity will be needed for water heating). The electricity meters are visible so it is easy to monitor the cost!
