We regret that pets
are not permitted.

The villa is offered
for occupation from 4pm on the day of arrival until
10am on the day of departure.

A non returnable
deposit of 30% is payable when booking. The balance
is required no later than 8 weeks prior to arrival.
Kindly insure that the payments are received net of
any transfer costs by instructing your bank to debit
you for any associated costs.

We will also require
a returnable security deposit of 300 euros, paid
locally against any loss or
damage to the villa & its contents.

The rental includes
electricity, water & gas. All bed linen & towels are
provided and changed weekly. N.B.
Pool towels are not provided.

The villa is cleaned
before your arrival and we respectfully request that
you leave the property tidy at the end of your
holiday with washing up done & rubbish left outside
in sealed plastic bags in the bins provided.

The person making
the booking will be responsible for any breakages,
loss or damage to the villa or its fixtures &
fittings. Any damages should be reported immediately
so that items can be repaired or replaced as quickly
as possible.

Insurance. Please
note that the villa is rented entirely at the risk
of the tenant and no responsibility can be accepted
by the owners for any loss or injury however caused.
Please check that your personal accident insurance
is in order for you and your party during your stay
in the villa. We recommend that you take out
adequate holiday insurance to include personal
accident and forced cancellation resulting in the
loss of any prepaid rental.

We accept no
responsibility for any costs or reimbursements due
to cancellations unless otherwise agreed in writing.

The swimming pool
can be heated if required (not usually necessary in
summer), for an additional charge paid locally.
Please advise us if you may need this service so
that the pool can be pre-heated to the desired
temperature prior to your arrival.

This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
