This pretty villa is situated on the Costa Tropical on the prestigious “Monte de los Almendros” urbanisation just outside the village of Salobrena. The estate provides to all of its visitors free access to community pool, toddlers pool, tennis court, football pitch and basketball area.

Local shops, restaurants and bars are just a 5 minute drive from the property along with easy access to water parks, golf courses, equestrian centres and diving facilities.

With Granada just 45 minutes drive away, it is a must to visit the Alhambra Palace and the beautiful “Generalífe” gardens.

Granada airport is the nearest, just 45 minutes drive with Malaga 1h 15 minutes and Almeria 1h 20 minutes away.

Casa Magnolia is the owners’ first residence and as such is well equipped and nicely presented. It has a large open terrace overlooking the gardens and pool with views to the Sierra Nevada mountains and the Moorish village of Salobrena. It consists of 3 bedrooms (2 doubles, 1 twin) with one of the doubles being a separate apartment from the main house which is an ideal feature for families with older children or two families sharing. The main living area is at street level with galley kitchen, lounge with TV, CD player/Hi-Fi and DVD with seating for 6 people. Indoor dining room and terrace dining area. Access to the 2 bedrooms on this level is via a passageway which also accesses the individual toilet, separate shower room and full bathroom, which is situated next to the master bedroom.

The downstairs bedroom has independent access from the villa and is on the pool level. This has a separate shower/toilet.

Rental per week (in EUROS) for a maximum of six people (Saturday to Saturday preferably), non-smokers only please. Week beginning Saturday in the period:
