The 3 bedroom apartment, renovated completely in 2007, is situated in a very quiet side street, in the centre of the beautiful city of Granada, just 2 minutes walk from the cathedral and 5 minute taxi ride to the Alhambra palace. The main attractions, theatre, shops and restaurants are all just minutes away so car hire is not necessary. However, if you prefer to have your independence, private, secure parking can be provided. (daily fee of 20 euros).

It is set on the ground floor of a seventy year old building and has been totally refurbished offering, two single bedrooms, full sized sofa bed, further double bedroom with en-suite full bathroom, separate modern shower room, lounge/dining room and newly fitted kitchen, equipped with microwave, ceramic hob, extractor, full oven, dishwasher and fridge/freezer. Large patio doors give access to the 70 square metre terrace, which is the centre of the apartment block and is decorated with large, potted palm trees and flowers. Seating area for outdoor relaxation along with modern, gas fired Bar-b-cue. The patio also has outside housing for full automatic washing machine and sink and electric water heater.

Wireless internet connection and telephone (free local calls, others chargeable) is also available, along with Sky satellite TV (free to view), and DVD player.

All linen (towels and bed linen) are provided and are of excellent quality.

Rental per person per night (in EUROS) for a maximum of six people, non-smokers only please. This apartment is available only from the 15th July to the 6th. September
15 July to the 6 September	50 Euros per person per night (minimum 2 nights)
