"Casa Hannah" Property Details

Overlooking mountains and the sea on the Costa Tropical, 40 miles south of Granada, Spain. The villa is set high up on a hill at the end of a side road off the Calle de Almendros. Casa Hannah is away from the hubbub yet readily accessible.

The villa sleeps four on the main first floor and a further two in a self contained studio flat beneath. We have installed, for your added comfort, air conditioning in the bedrooms and heating in the pool.

The terrace has panoramic views over the pool to the sea and a side view to the bright lights of the town, 5 miles away. All rooms, except the kitchen, have sea views; the kitchen looks out onto the garden with its own terrace. Lemon lime and orange trees thrive in the mature garden, which also has grape vines, hibiscus and bougainvillea. There are plenty of sun traps and shaded areas, and the pool side bar provides a large area for eating, drinking, looking out to sea, over the private south facing sun terrace.
