Reservation Process

All bookings must be confirmed by email or in writing which will hold your selected week(s) for a period of 7 days. In those 7 days you must sent to us payment of the deposit, or if the reservation date is within 8 weeks of your start date, the full amount including security deposit. If payment is not received within the 7 days, the reservation will be cancelled.

Security deposit

The security deposit is 300 Euros and will be held against any loss or damage caused to the property or its contents and will be returned within 10 days of your returning the keys to our property management company and is subject to a satisfactory report from them.  

Balance of payment

We kindly request you to transfer the balance of payment 8 weeks before your arrival.  

Cancellation charges 

In case of a cancellation for any reason you must notify us in writing or thru e-mail. The following cancellation charges apply:

• 55 to 29 days before arrival - 50 % of the total rental costs

• 28 days to 14 days before arrival - 75% of the total rental costs

• 14 to reserved date - 100% of the total rental costs

Services included

The rental fee includes rental of the property, electricity, gas, weekly cleaning, towels and linen. The phone charges will be deducted from the security deposit, our property management agent will let you know your real usage.

Occupancy

The accommodation is booked exclusively for the renter and his/her guests. The maximum number of persons is six unless agreed in writing previously with the owners. 

Availability 

The villa will be available from 4 pm on the day of arrival and must be vacated by 10 am on the day of departure. It is expected that you will leave the property in good condition and treat it with care during your stay. After departure the villa will be checked and cleaned, if extra cleaning is needed due to misuse then the costs will be deducted from the deposit.

Safety & liability 

Whilst in occupation, your personal safety & security is your responsibility and we do not accept any liability or responsibility for injury caused as a result of use of the property or anything inside/outside. No liability is accepted for the loss or damage to any personal property or effects, such as passports, valuables, documents, cheques, money belonging to any member of the group whilst renting the property. Please ensure that you have adequate holiday insurance.
