Stylish & Spacious, whitewashed, south facing villa with spectacular views of the Mediterranean. With a private pool, equipped at a high standard including air-conditioning and Wi-Fi, and located in an exclusive residential neighbourhood, called Monte de los Almendros - "Almond Hill". Cheap flights are available into Malaga airport.

Set in a mature, child friendly green garden with beautiful large palm trees. There are plums, avocados, figs, bananas, lemons and bougainvilleas as well, instead of providing food for the birds we suggest you pick and eat the fresh fruits that grow in our garden.

The 3 bedroom (sleeps 6) villa is approximately 250 square metres and features a large BBQ & outdoor entertainment area where you can organize your barbeques or private pool parties. The garden has flowers and green plants all year round... looks good... smells great.

The house features several terraces on various levels where you can enjoy the sun, the sea and the panoramic vistas. There is a wireless, high speed ADSL connection which will allow you to hook up your own portable PC to the Internet. Although we suggest you relax on your well deserved vacation, if you have to work you better do it from the terrace. Compare the view to your current office!

Private, kidney shaped pool with night lamps for a refreshing plunge on sunny days. For more indoors kids entertainment; SONY PLAYSTATION and games, DVD & Satellite TV. Dads are also invited the play the Formula 1 racing game.

Inside the villa on the first floor you will find a large and comfortable master bedroom equipped with a twin bed, air-conditioning and an en-suite bathroom, a walk-in dressing-room. The room is directly connected to a large solarium terrace with spectacular vistas of the mountains and the sea. The other bedroom on the first floor, with two single beds, features air-conditioning, terrace and an en-suite bathroom as well. The third bedroom is on the ground floor and has two single beds, a fan and an adjacent bathroom.
