Location: This charming villa is in the exclusive Monte de los Almendros urbanisation overlooking the ancient village of Salobreña, and about an hour from the international airports of Malaga and Granada. From its vine-covered terrace, it has spectacular views of the Mediterranean coastline of the “Costa Tropical”, the medieval castle of Salobrena and the Sierra Nevada mountains.

The villa is in an excellent position – only 2 minutes of the Monte’s recreation area, with its two pools and a tennis court, providing a safe, sociable environment for adults and children alike. For those who wish to venture further afield, Casa Elizabeth is ideally situated for visits to the beaches of the Costa Tropical, to Granada and the famous Alhambra Palace (approx 1 hour away), and the mountain villages of Las Alpujarras.

Accommodation: The two bedroom villa sleeps 4. It has undergone a recent refurbishment, and now offers:

• Open-plan Lounge and Dining area with modern décor, ceiling fan, and wood burning fire for winter months. There are patio doors to the terrace.

• Kitchen area. Newly-installed units with granite work surfaces containing an electric fan oven, gas hob, microwave and fridge/freezer.

• Terrace with lounge and dining areas and barbeque. Partially-shaded from the sun’s rays by a vine-covered arbour. Superb views

• Master Bedroom with double bed, new ensuite bath room with over-bath shower, plentiful storage, ceiling fan.

• Bedroom 2 with two single beds, built-in wardrobe.

• Separate fully-tiled shower room with walk-in shower, toilet, washbasin and washing machine.

General:

• Bed linen and hand & bath towels are provided, but guests must provide their own sunbathing/beach towels.

• Arrival and departure day – flexible.

• Not suitable for wheelchairs, people with mobility problems or toddlers.

• Non-smoking policy, no pets permitted.
