The villa consists of 4 bedrooms (3 doubles and one twin) all with en-suite bathrooms. Two further separate WCs. Lounge, kitchen dining area, outside bar, numerous terraces and courtyard. Large modern heated pool and gardens. Full alarm system. Satellite TV and DVD. Electric central heating throughout.

Access to the villa is via a secure gated entrance leading on to the courtyard and front door. It is a pretty courtyard which is totally enclosed making a great area for sunbathing.

The villa is open plan and includes various levels within its structure. The lounge, which leads off the hallway, is very large and spacious with double height ceiling and two full walls of folding glass doors giving access to the courtyard on one side and views of Salobrena and the coastline on the other. A separate WC is situated on this level.

The kitchen is very modern with fully fitted appliances (microwave, gas hob, oven, dishwasher, extractor, fridge, freezer, electric kettle). Again, a full wall of glass doors can be opened to give the feeling of alfresco cooking. A large built in gas barbecue is set on the terrace on the kitchen terrace. Two steps give access to the dining area which has stunning views to the village of Salobrena.

Terraces extend from the kitchen and dining room with an outside dining area, and continue around the house to the lounge where a staircase gives access to the heated pool, sun terraces and garden.

Two internal flights of stairs give access to the bedrooms. The master bedroom suite can be found on the upper floor above the living area consisting of king-size bed, large built in wardrobes, en-suite bathroom and balcony. A second staircase going to the lower floor leads downstairs to three further bedrooms, two of which have direct access to the heated pool and sun terrace. All three have en-suite bathroom/shower rooms and built in wardrobes. A utility room can also be found on this level of the property which has washing machine and tumble drier facilities.

The villa comes with all bed linen and household towels. Please bring your own beach/pool towels.
