Terms of Use

1.       Provisional bookings can be held for 14 days and secured against a Credit / Debit card. 

2.       Within 14 days of making a provisional booking, a 30% deposit is payable. 

3.       Final payment will be made no later then 8 weeks before departure. 

4.       Bookings made within 8 weeks of departure must be accompanied by full payment. 

5.       It is your responsibility to ensure that you have adequate holiday insurance to cover you for all eventualities.

6.       The tenant cannot place any responsibility on the landlord or his representative for any accidents or injuries, for which the tenants may sustain through imprudence or negligence committed by the tenant or his / her family during the duration of the contract. 

7.       The tenant is only permitted to use the property object of this contract for personal use of that  of his / her family consisting of a maximum of four persons.  He / she is not under ant circumstances permitted to sub-let the property the ignorance of this clause is sufficient reason to break the rental contract immediately.  No extra persons are allowed access or permitted to stay at anytime. 

8.       The tenant is obliged to treat the property with the same care and respect as if it were his / her own property.  Under no circumstances can he / she make copies of the keys to the property.  When leaving the property at all times, all doors and gates must be locked and the alarm set to comply with insurance regulations. 

9.       It is your responsibility to arrange suitable flights.

10.   Access to the apartment for arrival and departure is to be agreed by mutual arrangement at the time of booking thereby allowing sufficient time for then apartment to be prepared.  Included in the rental at the end of your stay is a charge for linen and towel laundry.  Towels are not to be removed from the apartment.  Please provide your own pool / beach towels. 

11.   Breakages / damages etc are to be paid for.  These will be invoiced by the management company and charged against you.

13.   Cancellation charges:

More than 56 days         30%

56 – 29                         50%

28 – 22                         60%

21 – 15                         80%

14 days or less            100% 

The above charges are expressed as a percentage of the total holiday rental.

Written notification must be received by letter or fax.
