A luxury two-bedroom apartment in an outstanding small private development of duplex properties, surrounding two superb swimming pools in beautiful gated gardens with the additional facility of the exclusive use of all year round tennis courts.

The apartment is situated in a peaceful and exclusive area of Calahonda but benefits from easy access to the very popular and comprehensive El Zoco Centre only 5 minutes walk away, through a private gated entrance. This houses the superb supermarket (Supersol) where fresh produce of all kinds is available daily, to make your stay complete. In El Zoco, there is a wide variety of cafes, bars, restaurants as well as a delightful range of shops.

Malaga Airport is approximately 30 minutes drive away. You may choose to hire a car directly from the airport or take a taxi which will cost approximately 40 Euros. Alternatively, you may wish to rent your car from one of the many car rental outlets in Sitio da Calahonda.

Leading from your own private front door the lounge / dining area is reached by a small sweeping staircase.

The dining room is adjacent to the fully equipped modern kitchen which has fridge freezer, microwave, electric oven grill and hob, juicer, coffee grinder / maker and all the everyday conveniences for those wishing to cook. On the balcony leading off the kitchen there is a gas barbecue for al-fresco cooking.

The lounge is equipped for your entertainment with Satellite TV, DVD, Video and CD player and leads out onto your own private balcony.

The balcony is furnished with patio table and chairs and sun beds so you may enjoy your southerly view of the pool and gardens and the sea view of which Calahonda Beach is only a 10 minute walk away.

The main double bedroom has fitted wardrobes and has the additional feature of a small south facing balcony.

The second twin bedroom also has fitted wardrobes and the benefit of patio doors opening onto its own balcony to enjoy the morning sun.

There are a number of creature comforts for your convenience, these are as follows:

Plug adaptors, hair dryer, ironing board and iron, washing machine and clothes dryer, electric heaters and fans throughout the apartment plus the added benefit of security alarm and security grilles.

For those wishing to partake of a game of golf, there are 30 Golf Courses to be found on the Costa del Sol, many only a short distance from Calahonda and can be enjoyed all year round.

Calahonda is ideally suited for visiting nearby Puerto Banus, Marbella, Fuengirola, Mijas and even Gibraltar which is approximately one hours drive on the new motorway.
