Terms of Use
The
contract is between us (the owners) and the person named as the
party leader.
1. Reservation Process
All bookings must be confirmed by email or in writing which will
hold your selected week(s) for a period of 7 days. In those 7
days you must send to us payment of the deposit, or if the
reservation date is within 8 weeks of your start date, the full
amount including security deposit. If payment is not received
within the 7 days the reservation will be cancelled.

Deposit
A
deposit of 30% of the total rental is required to secure the
property.
3.
Security Deposit
A
security deposit of £200 must be paid for each booking and will
be held against any loss or damage caused to the property or its
contents. The deposit will be returned within 10 days of your
returning the keys to the Managing Agents and is subject to a
satisfactory report from the Managing Agents.
4.
Balance of Payment
The balance of the rental cost plus the appropriate security
deposit is payable no later than 8 weeks prior to departure.
Where a booking is made within 8 weeks of the departure date,
payment in full is required including the security deposit. If
the balance is not received at least 8 weeks before departure,
the booking shall be deemed cancelled and the booking deposit
forfeited.
5.
Cancellation charges
In the event of cancellation for any reason the party leader
must notify us by email or in writing. The following
cancellation charges will apply:-
• more than 56 days before arrival - deposit only
• 55 to 29 days before arrival - 50% of the total rental cost
• 28 days or less before arrival - 100% of the total rental cost
We accept no responsibility whatsoever, and no payment or other
compensation will be payable, if cancellation or changes to the
terms of booking are brought about or become necessary due to
war, fire, flood or adverse weather conditions. In addition we
will not be responsible for closure or congestion of airports,
ferries, technical problems with transportation or cancellation
or schedule changes by carriers whether scheduled or charter.
Notwithstanding any of the above paragraph, if, for any reason,
the villa becomes uninhabitable prior to your departure, a full
refund of villa rental and security deposit payments will be payable.
6.
Occupancy
The accommodation is booked exclusively for the party leader and
their guests. We require that an adult must accompany anyone
under the age of 18 years of age. The maximum number of persons
is six unless you have written agreement from the owner.
7.
Availability
The property will be available from 4pm on the day of arrival
and must be vacated by 10am on the day of departure. It is
expected that you will leave the property in good condition and
treat it with utmost care during your stay. After your departure
the property will be cleaned and checked. If the property needs
any extra cleaning due to misuse then the cost will be deducted
from the security deposit.
8.
Safety and liability
Whilst in occupation, your personal safety is your
responsibility and we do not accept any liability or
responsibility for any injury caused as a result of use of the
property, the property grounds, or anything in or pertaining to the property. No liability is accepted
for the loss of or damage to any personal property or effects,
such as passports, documents, cheques or money belonging to any
member of the party whilst renting the property. Please ensure
that you have adequate holiday insurance.
9. Additional Charges
For Winter lets (October to April) we provide thermostatically
controlled electric radiators for all
bedrooms and living rooms, and during this period only,
electricity consumed will be charged at cost (0.10 euros per
Kwh).
For all other lets, electricity costs are included in the rental
price.
For all lets, telephone calls (other than local calls, which are
free) made from
the Telefonica line in the villa will be charged at cost.
Any Additional Charges will be deducted from your security
deposit before it is returned to you.
10 .
The Law
This agreement
shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
