Casa Bonita is located in the prestigious "Monte de los Almendros" urbanization just outside the picturesque seaside village of Salobreña on the Costa Tropical on the southern coast of Spain.

It is furnished to a very high standard and offers everything you could want for a wonderful family holiday in a peaceful location for up to six people.

Bedrooms	Master bedroom with super-king bed Bedroom 2 with two single beds Bedroom 3 with two single beds All bedrooms have thermostatically controlled radiators, ceiling fans and built in wardrobes.
Bathrooms	Master bedroom ensuite has a bath with shower over, hand basin and wc. Shower room has a walk in shower, hand basin and wc. Each bathroom has a hair drier.
Reception rooms	Sitting room with two settees and two armchairs, open fire, satellite (UK)TV, DVD player, compact music system, free WiFi ADSL computer connection (no computer provided). Telephone (free local calls) Dining room with sliding glass doors on all sides, dining table with six chairs. Views over the pool terrace to the sea.
Kitchen	Spacious fully equipped kitchen, hob and oven, dishwasher, fridge freezer, microwave, combined washing machine / tumble dryer, kettle, toaster, electric juicer, iron and ironing board.
Bed linen and Towels	100% cotton bed linen and duvet covers. Bath and hand towels are provided. Pool towels are also provided but must stay at the villa. Fresh bed linen and towels are provided weekly
Outdoors	Private 8m x 4m heated swimming pool with cover. Large terrace with outdoor dining table and six chairs. Six sun-loungers with cushions. Two large umbrellas. Pool bar and barbeque. Pool and terrace lighting.
Garden	The garden has a mixture of almond, orange, lemon, mango, plum, banana and palm trees. Bird of paradise flowers, jasmine, hibiscus, arum lilies, thymes, lavenders, geraniums, bougainvilleas and verbena.
Community facilities	Swimming pool, children’s pool, hard tennis court and small football pitch are all free to Casa Bonita visitors.
Beaches	La Caleta beach five minute drive. Salobrena beaches ten minute drive. Almunecar beaches fifteen minutes drive.
Golf	Los Moriscos 18 hole golf course located ten minutes drive along the coast at Motril.
Skiing	The Sierra Nevada Sol y Nieve ski resort is only 75 minutes away.
Other sports	Walking, climbing, horse riding, snorkelling and scuba diving, fishing, sailing, water skiing, windsurfing, mountain biking, the list is endless.
Salobrena	Explore the town of Salobreña which is built upon a hill and crowned by a strategically placed Moorish fortress that dates back to the 10th century. The old town built underneath the castle is a labyrinth of pretty narrow streets, with white washed houses decorated with colourful floral displays whilst the new part of the town has wide well landscaped roads, with a variety of shops, markets, supermarkets, restaurants, parks, gardens, museum and of course the beaches where you may even see dolphins playing in the bay.
Sightseeing	Visit the beautiful city of Granada with the stunning Alhambra Palace is only 45 minutes drive away and well worth a visit. Las Alpujarras along the foothills of the Sierra Nevada with its white villages is 30 minutes away. Visit Nerja with its beaches and caves only 30 minutes away. See Almunecar with it’s lively weekly market, bustling old town and botanical gardens only 15 minutes away.
Eating out	Locally there is a large selection of excellent restaurants and tapas bars offering freshly prepared food, good wines and a real taste of Spain.
Climate	The Costa Tropical is one of the warmest areas in Southern Spain over the winter and during the summer the Monte enjoys cooling breezes and clear blue skies.
Further details	No pets. No smoking in the villa. For Winter lets (October to April) electricity used will be charged at cost (0.10 euros per Kwh). Pool heating will be charged at cost (0.10 euros per Kwh). Telephone (free local calls only to 958 prefix) all other calls will be charged at cost.
Meet and Greet	We have a very experienced Managing Agent who will look after you from your time of booking, introduce you to the villa and is on hand (24hrs) for any emergencies.
Travel	Malaga airport 75 minutes drive. Granada airport 45 minutes drive. Almeria airport 105 minutes drive.
Booking notes	Friday to Friday (arrive after 4 pm, depart before 10 am, but we can sometimes be flexible if you check first). A deposit of 30% of the total cost is required within 7 days from initial reservation. The balance is due 8 weeks prior to arrival date along with a security deposit of £200 in case of breakages or damage or electricity (winter lets only). If no deductions are required, your security deposit will be refunded in full to you.
