A Recently completely renovated villa with a private pool and marvellous sea views located in a quiet position right on the coast on the Alfamar urbanization and 7 minutes from the beach and the coastal town of Salobreña. Sleeps up to 4 people in 3 bedrooms. Comfortably equipped.

Notes on prices:
Included in the price: use of linen and towels (no beach towels), welcome food pack worth 30€, a midweek linen change (for 14/21 night rentals only). All prices are stated in Pounds Sterling per week. A special price for long term lets. Please enquire.

Bedroom 1 with a double bed.
Bedroom 2 with 1 single bed.
Bedroom 3 with 1 single bed.

Bathrooms:
En-suite bathroom to double bedroom with bath/shower, toilet and basin.
Shared bathroom for the 2 single bedrooms with shower, basin and toilet.

Kitchen:
Fully installed kitchen, opening up to the living/dining room. Fridge/freezer, electric hob, electric oven, microwave, washing machine, electric coffee maker, electric kettle and toaster.

Living Rooms:
Open living/dining room with seating for 4, TV (satellite), DVD player. Direct access to the spacious outside terrace overlooking the Mediterranean.

Cleaning/towels/linen/maid service:
The use of linen and towels as well as cleaning before and after the rental is included in the price. A mid-holiday linen change is included in the price for rentals of 14/21 nights.

Amenities/Facilities provided:
Hob/stove, oven, fridge/freezer, microwave, washing machine, iron/ironing board, hair-dryer, satellite TV, room fans, cot, high chair, barbecue, private pool (for sole use of guests).

Outside:
Private pool (7x4m - depth from 1m to 1.95m), surrounded by a pool terrace with poolside shower overlooking the Mediterranean. BBQ provided. The villa gives out on to a spacious terrace overlooking the Mediterranean

Coast/Beach:
A private bay is situated at 5 minutes from the villa. Beaches of Salobreña are situated at a 7 min drive. Almuñecar beaches at 10 min drive.

Golf:
Los Moriscos Golf Course at 10 min drive. Granada Golf Courses at 1 hour drive. Malaga Golf Courses at 1 hour drive.

Skiing:
The Sierra Nevada Sol y Nieve ski resort is situated at 1½ hour drive from the villa. Easily accessible and all material can be rented on site.

Travel:
Closest airport is Granada at 45 minutes drive. Malaga airport at 1 hour 15 minutes drive. Almeria airport at 1 hour drive.

Distances:
The town of Salobreña is situated at 7 minutes from the villa. The town of Almuñecar lies within 10 minutes driving from the villa. The province's second largest town, Motril, lies within 12 minutes driving from the villa.

Further details:
All amenities, shops, banks, supermarkets, restaurants, bars etc. can be found in the town of Salobreña at 7 minutes driving from the villa. Walking to the town is not recommended but access is easy and taxis are readily available.

Booking notes:
30% booking deposit upon booking the property. Remainder plus the £200 refundable security deposit to be paid 8 weeks before the start of the rental.
