This very large villa, is situated in the town of Almuñecar, on the Costa Tropical in Granada, only an hours’ drive from Malaga or Granada airport. It is just a 5 minute walk to all the town facilities such as bars, local restaurants and attractions. The sea is nearby along with a water park, all within a short walk. It is an ideal base for those who would rather not drive on their holiday.

Almuñecar is a buzzing, Spanish town, catering for many nationalities, with English and Spanish restaurants and bars. It has an amazing street market on a weekly basis. The beach is 3 kilometres long with bars and all the usual shops and eating places that you could need. Modern supermarkets are within walking distance as are taxis. The bus station is a 5 minute walk from the villa with a direct service to Malaga town centre.

As a five, bedroom villa, (one double and four twin bed) with the facility of a further sofa bed, it is ideal for large family holidays or for friends to get together and enjoy each others’ company.

The villa is accessed down a long, palm lined drive with the pool and terrace beside. Just up a small flight of steps, the small, third lounge (which houses the extra sofa bed) leads through to the central hall and lower floor of the villa with 5 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms.

An elegant flight of stairs leads up to the two, large sitting rooms which have TV and dining areas. The property boasts a fully fitted kitchen with wooden cabinets, ceramic hob, oven, fridge freezer and small dishwasher. A separate cloakroom is also located on this level along with a second access door to steps down to the pool and terrace area. A large external terrace runs the full length of the villa giving magnificent views over the town.

A separate shower, toilet and wash basin along with the automatic washing machine, is housed in an area next to the pool. There is also an outside, charcoal bar-b-cue.
