This is an attractive south-facing detached villa, located within easy walking distance of the communal pools and tennis court, on a road with no passing traffic.

Lounge/dining room with CD, tape player and radio, open fireplace and double patio doors to the terrace.

Lounge/diner with open fireplace, double patio doors to the terrace with a built-in barbeque. Fully fitted kitchen with washing machine.
All the accommodation is on one level and there are no steps at all in this property. This property has iron gates to the entrance drive. Guests staying here have use of the urbanisation's facilities including communal swimming pool, children's pool, tennis court and play area.
