A beautifully presented modern villa retaining Spanish charm.

El Pescador is a charming, recently renovated villa situated halfway up the residential district of Monte de Los Almendros.

The district of Monte de Los Almendros overlooks the beautiful village of Salobrena (Cheap flights are available into Malaga airport) and its fabulous coastline. Close to all local facilities as well as having free access to tennis courts, two further community swimming pools and football pitch.

The property consists of three bedrooms (two doubles and one twin). It has three full bathrooms, including one en-suite, a large modern kitchen, separate dining room and lounge, and has its own private pool.

Villa Description.

The villa is accessed via a flight of steps leading from the front of the property. On entry, the bright and sunny lounge with a small balcony is a delight, with triple aspect windows showering it with light and a cool breeze during the height of summer. British SKY satellite TV is available. A few steps then lead on to the downstairs bathroom, separate dining area and large modern kitchen with covered terrace which is ideal for alfresco dining.

The private pool and terrace are only a step away and this area is a suntrap throughout the day. There are other areas of the terraced garden that offer shade at the hottest part of the day.

Three large bedrooms and another family bathroom are found on the upper level of the house, the master bedroom having an en-suite shower room and balcony accessed through patio doors, which give panoramic views of the coastline including the castle in Salobrena which is often illuminated in the evenings at weekends.

The villa has full central heating.

General: linen provided.

Kitchen: dish washer, freezer, fridge, grill, griddle, hob, microwave, oven, washing machine, coffee maker. There are also a number of storage cupboards, plenty of work surfaces, breakfast bar and a table and chairs.

Living Room: fireplace, living area seating for 6 people

Dining: dining room, seating for 6 people

Outside: private pool including a number of sun loungers, chairs, table, parasol etc. There is also an ornate bench, fountain, and barbeque chimenea area ideal for evening entertaining.

Suitability: children welcome, long term renters welcome, non smoking only, pets not allowed, wheelchair inaccessible

Local Activities: cycling, diving, golf, horse riding, mountain biking, mountaineering, paragliding, sailing, swimming, tennis, walking, water skiing, wind-surfing. Open countryside is not far away making walking/rambling very accessible. Try to make time and visit the Moorish coastline Castle situated in the heart of Salobrena.
