4 Bedroom Luxury Villa overlooking the Village of Salobrena Costa Tropical
Luxury, privately owned villa
overlooking the picturesque old town of Salobrena, with its Moorish castle,
available for the discerning holidaymaker to enjoy peace and solitude (if
required!) in a perfect hideaway setting. This is one of the most beautiful
and unique areas of Spain, and yet all the essentials for a happy and
memorable holiday are within 15 minute’s drive.
The villa has its own private pool and ample terraces to enjoy the wonderful
and panoramic views over the Mediterranean, Sierra Nevada mountains and the
alluvial plain, stretching over Salobrena, Motril and beyond! Ideally
situated to explore the cultural heritage of Spain: the wonderful city of
Granada, including the Alhambra and of course, the skiing and extensive
sports facilities in the Sierra National Park are about half an hour’s
drive. Even closer, are the Alpujarras, so vividly described by Chris
Stewart in his book ‘Driving Over Lemons.’
Malaga airport is just an hour and a quarter’s drive, and the smaller
airport of Almeria offers an alternative and is about the same distance from
the villa as Malaga.
Cheap flights are available to both airports.

Accommodation
BEDROOMS: 3 double bedded rooms, each with full en-suite. Tower room, with
full size bunk beds accessed by spiral staircase.
FAMILY BATHROOM: situated at base of spiral staircase
RECEPTION: Living/dining area seating 8
KITCHEN: fully fitted Miele kitchen, including hob, double oven, microwave,
extractor fan, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, tumble
dryer, toaster, kettle, iron and ironing board
GENERAL: Central heating, ceiling fans fitted to all rooms,
satellite TV, video, radio, stereo system, CD. House linen provided but own
towels required for use outside the villa, i.e. poolside, etc.
OUTDOORS: Several terraces, private pool, barbeque, patio furniture,
adequate off-road parking.
