Property details.

There are 5 bedrooms, (4 with en-suite facilities and one with separate bathroom) sleeping 9/10 people, a fully equipped fitted kitchen with dishwasher, fridge/freezer, coffee maker, and microwave.

The house also has two televisions, (one with satellite, one with X-box), ADSL WiFi internet connection, shaded play area, front and rear terraces, heated pool and garden, Hi-fi and barbecue, fully equipped bar, utility room with automatic washing-machine.

“El Ultimo Gavilán” is a luxury holiday home. It faces due south and has panoramic and uninterrupted views of the sea. It is situated on high ground at the edge of the residential district of Monte de Los Almendros, so that open countryside is only a few minutes away. This also means that there is hardly any traffic as the road is a cul-de-sac. The villa is approached by a short flight of steps leading up from the entrance patio, and there is parking for 2/3 cars, secured with electrically operated gates and intercom.

The living accommodation consists of 2 lounges; the first is on the lower level of the villa which seats up to 6 people, and a second on the first floor; the dining area has seating for 8 people adjacent to the lounge; there are 5 double/twin bedrooms, 5 bathrooms (4 en-suites) and an alfresco dining area on the covered terrace overlooking the heated pool, sun terrace and garden. From the lounge, French doors lead to a covered terrace, with seating area, dining area and bar. The views from here are amazing. We find that most of our guests prefer to eat at the table here rather than in the dining room. The villa has extensive wall-mounted electric radiators for use in the cooler months if required. For Winter lets, October to April, and during this period only, electricity consumed will be charged at cost (0.10 euros per Kwh).

The master bedroom (which is on the second floor) has a king-size double bed, with a luxury en-suite. A large rooftop terrace with magnificent views can be accessed either from the bedroom patio doors or from the beautiful spiral staircase. The second double bedroom is found on the first floor and has twin beds and full en-suite. The single bedroom with en-suite shower room, is also on this floor and although it only has one bed, can also accommodate a cot. A further twin bedroom with separate bathroom is located on the ground floor along with the third twin and en-suite.

Outside, the front garden is laid to lawn with flower borders and fruit trees. The terrace beside the heated pool is spacious and ideal for sunbathing on the loungers provided. Two further terraces are accessible from the bar area and offer full day sunshine. The house comes with bed linen, indoor towels, sun loungers and umbrellas. Swimming and beach towels are not provided.

As we have two children ourselves, we welcome all children and always have a supply of toys and books in the house.
