“Villa Carmen” is a very modern, newly constructed property finished to a very high standard. It consists of lounge, kitchen, outside covered patio for al fresco eating, 4 bedrooms (2 twins, 2 doubles) and a 5th double on a mezzanine landing. It has 3 bathrooms, one of which is en-suite to the master bedroom. The villa also has satellite TV with English, French and German free to view channels.

It has a freshwater swimming pool, garden, and off street parking for 3 cars.

The villa exudes luxury from its white kitchen to its modern ceramic bathrooms. The bedrooms have fitted wardrobes and every aspect of the villa is finished to a very high standard.

The property will accommodate 10 people comfortably.

Entrance to the villa is via either electrically operated gates or through the remote controlled off street parking area.

A large, picture window from the hall gives a clear view through to the lounge and out to the garden area beyond. A double bedroom and shower room can be found on this level which is ideal for anyone who does not want to use stairs.

The kitchen, also on this level, is finished to a very high standard and is pure white. It has dishwasher, ceramic hob, extractor, oven, microwave, fridge/freezer, electric kettle, toaster and coffeemaker. A door leads from the kitchen to an external utility room and also to the parking area.

On the first floor there are 3 bedrooms (2 twin bedrooms and the master suite). A separate bathroom is on this level.

On the second floor, a mezzanine landing holds a 3^rd double bed which has a roof top terrace with seating to take in the magnificent views of the area.

All linen is supplied for the villa and pool towels also. However, we would ask our clients to bring their own beach towels.

The pool, which is treated with salt rather than chlorine, is surrounded by a large terrace with sun chairs and has sun nearly all day. It has a charming “Lions head” fountain as a stunning feature at one end of the pool.
