Off road parking on private driveway. Main double bedroom opens onto its own terrace with wonderful day and night views. Second bedroom has twin beds. Private pool equipped with sunloungers on same level. Spectacular views of the sea and mountains are available at all times of day.

Accommodation

Bedrooms:	Bedroom 1 has King size double bed, a closet wardrobe and opens via patio windows onto a terrace with table and chairs. Bedroom 2 has twin beds and a closet wardrobe.
Bathrooms:	Bathroom has large walk-in shower, with wc, bidet and double washbasins. Also a downstairs bathroom with bath, wc, bidet and shower over bath.
Kitchen:	Large kitchen with ceramic hob, electric oven, dishwasher, microwave, fridge freezer.
Utility Room:	Separate utility room with washing machine, hand washing basin and ironing board.
Living Rooms:	Living accommodation consist of dining area to seat 4 with patio doors opening to swimming pool, and lounge seating 6 with patio door to another partly covered terrace with table and chairs. Lounge equipped with satellite TV/DVD - FTA UK and German TV.
Other:	Lounge, dining area and kitchen are all open plan.
Cleaning/towels/ linen/maid service:	Linen and towels changed weekly.

Notes on accommodation
Winter visitors can choose to use central heating and pay only for oil used.
Both bedrooms have ceiling fans as does the lounge. All the accommodation is on one level with two steps down to the private pool.
No Smoking or Pets permitted.

Accessibility
There is a slope from the car parking area to the front door which may be unsuitable for wheelchairs or individuals with restricted mobility.

Private pool 8m x 4m x 1,5m to 2m deep and terrace with sunloungers plus side terrace and gardens.

Coast/Beach
Salobrena beach can be seen from the villa and is only a 5 minute drive away.

Golf
18 hole golf course at Motril 10 minutes drive away.

Skiing
Skiing in Sierra Nevada 60 minutes drive away.

Travel
You have a choice of 3 airports to travel to Salobrena. All these airports are served by budget airlines.
Malaga-75 minutes drive.
Granada-45 minutes drive.
Almeria-105 minutes drive.
A hire car is essential.

Distances
The historic Moorish town of Salobrena is a 5 minute drive away and Motril with its large supermarkets etc 10 minutes.
The Palaces of the Alhambra in Granada are less than a 60 minute drive away. The Caves at Nerja are about 30 minutes. Close to the picturesque Alpujurras.

Further details
Tennis, golf, horse riding, skiing (in winter) and various water sports are all available in the area. Many local restaurants and bars (not walking distance, but there are local taxis available in Salobrena). Many good supermarkets with English and German products available.

Booking notes
Non refundable booking deposit of 30% required and the balance to be paid 8 weeks before start of let.
We also ask for a breakages deposit of €350 which will be refunded to you within 1 week of your return. Food hampers may be ordered on payment of balance.
