Detached 2 bedroom villa located high on a hill overlooking the Mediterranean and beautiful almond and olive groves. You can relax by the pool by night and overlook the floodlit Moorish castle. The villa has a large sun terrace which gets the sun all day long, and two other terraces which offer some shade, but this villa is not suitable for children under two, as there are gaps in railings. Sorry, not suitable for wheelchair users as there are 15 steps.

Villa Alta offers:
• Two double bedrooms, one with full en-suite bathroom.
• Sleeps four comfortably. one double bed and two singles.
• Fully equipped kitchen.
• Dining area overlooking the swimming pool.
• Comfortable lounge with patio doors out to covered terrace.
• Wood burning stove and additional gas heating for those winter nights.
• Sky tv, dvd player, cd player.
• Books and board games.
• Both bathrooms were renewed in 2007, hairdryers in both bathrooms.
• Three terraces, one with a built in barbeque, one gives you a shaded area to escape the midday sun.
• Welcome pack provided.
• Always met and shown to villa.
• No smoking in the villa, outside no problem.
• Animals welcome with prior agreement from the owner.

This villa is a great place to come to recharge the batteries and enjoy some peace and quiet, but if you want more going on then Salobrena is only five minutes away, or Almunecar is ten minutes drive, both of which have great restaurants, and tapas bars where you still get free tapas when you buy a drink, and night life.
